Sending SMS Texts from Jewelry Shopkeeper via your Clientbook Account
You can SMS-Text your customers directly through Jewelry Shopkeeper if you have an account with Clientbook and the communications will be part of the customer records in Clientbook.
Your Clientbook credentials must have already been added to Shopkeeper as outlined in the Clientbook Setup Steps help page.

First take a few minutes to set up standard text messages.
Choose Maintenance --> Preferences --> General --> Lookup Lists
There are two lookup list types related to customer texting; Customer Text Messages and Repair Text Messages.
Double-check the Mobile number, 'Sent By Associate' and Body text of the message before selecting Send
SMS/Texting is available in Repair Screen Notes Section
