Clientbook Sale Follow-up

 

A key part of Clientbook's Customer Relationship Management entails including sales details to Clientbook. Jewelry Shopkeeper can do this in real-time as each sale is typed in.

 

This Clientbook update screen will pop up when selecting either Receipt or No Receipt  after a sale.

(1) The key to Clientbook  customer contact is the customer's Mobile number.  

 

(2) By default all Sale Sku details will be selected to send to Clientbook. Un-checking a Sku will skip sending that Sku's details.

 

(3) Shopkeeper makes a best-guess for the Clientbook sale Category, but it can be changed:

Clearance

Closeout

Consignment

Core

Custom

Custom Repair

Gifted

Internet

Misc

Take-off

Repair

Special Order

Inventory

Trade

Trade-in

Trunk Sale

Warranty

Web Item

 

(4)  Type a quick reminder note while the customer interaction is still fresh in your mind.

 

(5) Anniversary and Birthday details.

 

(6) Sends the sale details to Clientbook.
