Use this option to view the chart of accounts on-screen. This will display the account numbers, the descriptions and the balances from any one particular month. If you want to see the current months’ figures choose 0. If you want to see the previous month’s balances choose 1, two months ago, choose 2. Note that the current month’s balances will only be up-to-date if you have just run a Profit & Loss report or a Balance Sheet. If you haven’t made any changes to the data since you last ran one of those reports then the current months’s figures will still be up to date.
