Use this option to create a paper printout of the chart of accounts, or to create a file on disk which you can read in to a spreadsheet program. To create a file which can be read with a spreadsheet, choose <Y> to create the file and then you will need to type in a file name. Type in a complete file name including a directory path (for example \coa–nov would be a complete file name). To read the file into a spreadsheet, use the Import option. In Lotus 1-2-3, for example, load the spreadsheet and press /(F)ile (I)mport (N)umbers
