Error in Windows 10 for Merchant Warehouse / Cayan PayLink Credit Card Processing

In VJS defaults if you have selected processing option MWSECURE1 this means you are using a regular (non encrypted) credit card reader along with Cayan's PayLink program.

There have been several cases where after updating to Windows 10 - or even after regular Windows 10 updates - trying to process a credit card results in an error and a screen of gibberish starting with something like this:

Server Error in '/Svt2' Application.
The current identity (NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM) does not have write access to
'C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files'.

It turns out that the Windows updates can delete a certain needed system folder.

You can add that folder back by opening "This PC" and opening the C: drive and navigating to the folder

C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727

and then right-click and empty spot, then choose New then Folder then for the folder name type

 Temporary ASP.NET Files

just like that with the spaces and the period as indicated.
