If you are using a Logitech c910 and you run into Shopkeeper lockups you could try replacing the Logitech Driver with a Microsoft Driver.
First you must remove the Logitech Driver. Choose Control Panel > Program & Features.
Find the Logitech Webcam Software and right click it to Remove. Once complete , restart the computer.
