Registering your Jewelry Shopkeeper Maintenance Plan Code
Compulink provides expanded product support for jewelers who subscribe to the Jewelry Shopkeeper Maintenance Plan.
The yearly Maintenance Plan is all-inclusive in that there is no extra charge for Shopkeeper-specific technical support by phone and by email and by remote access. Also, program updates and new features can be downloaded and installed throughout the year, typically as often as every few weeks.
Without the Maintenance Plan, technical support is billed at $180 per hour and program updates range from $295 to $995
Certain Jewelry Shopkeeper program features are available only to Maintenance Plan subscribers and to ensure access to those features, you can request your Maintenance Plan code and type it into the first page of Preferences, via the Maintenance Menu. The Maintenance Plan code has to be renewed periodically.
