Configuring the Standard In-House Charge Account Interest Rates and Late Charges
It's possible to assign personalized interest rates to customers individually, but you start by setting up standard store-wide rates that apply to all new in-house charge account customers by default - and then set customer-specific rates only in certain cases.
From the Maintenance Menu, open Preferences
Then tell her the settings Calexico has for both the
A/R Interest Rates Page and the A/R Charges page
E.g. something like this - (but this example will NOT have your settings)
