The simplest setup is for USB cash drawers.
Just plug the USB cable in, open the Preferences >> Local Preferences
Select your brand (MS or MMF or APG) and click Open Cash Drawer to test.
Once that's working, you can add a No-Sale feature to the main menu by selecting Options>>Customize Menu:
And pop the drawer with this new icon:
