How to Void (or Cancel or Delete) Expired or Obsolete Credit Slips & Gift Certificates
To void or cancel old, invalid credit slips and gift certificates, retrieve them from the Gift & Credit Certificates screen,
and assign them a Date Used, check the Used? box and add an explanation of sorts in the Used on Sale box and or in or the Description box.
