A common October/November request we hear is 'We need a list of customers to send to a mailing house'.

Choose Customer Reports & Labels
Here's where things can get complicated; there are a lot of criteria to select from.
But a simple approach would be the 'top 2500 customers who made a purchase in the last 3 years'
In that case you would choose:
Missing Addresses: EXCLUDE
Dates Sold: 01/01/2018 through 12/31/2019
Top X Customers: 2500
If you want to print 3 across 2 1/2 x 15/16 inch mailing labels, make sure to select
Type of Report: 3-across labels
If the list is to sent to a mailing house, select:
Export File: Export List Small CSV
If you choose to Export the List you will be prompted to select the file location (default is the DESKTOP VJS REPORTS folder)
You can view the results right away.
Or Find the results later in the desktop VJS REPORTS folder
Look for the file CUSTLIST.CSV
