If a customer's history shows the individual Sku's / items sold, but you cannot find the entire sales ticket, try running this utility: (when no other copies of Shopkeeper are open.)
At the main Menu, choose Options >> Shopkeeper Utilities
Select the On Web Site Tab. Scroll down to the u_sahbld.fxp and click download:
TYPE: YES and enter.
