Navigation:  INVENTORY > Display an Item Status > 1. Select from the Menu

 

From the main menu, select INVENTORY, then Display an Item Status. The following screen will appear:

 

 

Do you want to search by Manufacturer/Style or by Sku No.? S <Esc>=Quit

 

 

 

To display the item status, the item must first be found on the system. Press <M> to locate the item by manufacturer and style number, or <S> if you know the exact SKU number. In either case, when the item status displays, the item's cost will not be shown.

 

To cause the cost to appear when the item is displayed, type a <Z>. The item must be found by SKU number in this case. This option requires a sufficiently high password.

 

To find the item by manufacturer, move on to the next step. To locate the item by SKU number, skip to step 3.
