As it shows, it's important that the upper and lower sensor pieces be aligned and be over a printable part of the tag.
Make sure you load the Correct driver for that printer.
You may have to review the properties of the Windows printer driver to make sure it's set to "Transmissive Mode" and you should set the "Row Adjust" setting to minus-14.
From the Windows list of printer drivers, right-click the new Datamax printer driver and choose Printer Properties.
