Shopkeeper will need FTP (File Transfer Protocol) credentials to your site too.
Check your webhost for the FTP Account Manager and setup an FTP username and password
To test the FTP location, user name and password, Open This PC or Computer and RIGHT click in Network Locations.
Choose Add network location:
And type : FTP://username:password@ftphost.com
