If the update file that was downloaded is corrupted, that won't affect the copy of VJS that's already installed.
Perhaps there was 'interference' during the download.
We've rechecked the update on the web site found it ok so we suggest that you 'force' a re-download.
To do that, press the Ctrl key on the keyboard while you click the "Update VJS Software" button.
