In order to better help you with certain more tricky problems, Compulink may suggest that we review your data.
To do that, be sure you have recently done a VJS File Center backup from the same computer you're sitting at.
Right-click the subtitle words “File Center” from the VJS File Center.
This will show the Upload / Send a File screen where you can select a recent backup file and then click Ok.
The update may take a few minutes. Only do this if Compulink suggests it and is awaiting your file.
