If the Print Options screen does not appear, it means you've turned it off, which is quite common if you want receipts to print as quickly as possible.
But if you need to adjust the layout or select a different printer, you'll need to access Print Options.
To temporarily make it appear when you print, Click on Options at the top of any screen, such as the Main Menu, and choose Show Hidden Prompts.

For the X and Z report, you might want to UN-check the Skip this Setup Box.
