Sales Gift Receipts
You can print gift receipts for customers in case they give the jewelry to someone. The gift receipt
includes no price or date information.
You can select the Gift Receipt option when you get to the Print Options box when printing receipts.
There's a two-part side by side receipt option with one standard receipt for the customer and one gift receipt for the recipient - on one sheet (with 1 perforation.)
The 40-column gift receipt is for printing on roll-of-paper receipt printers.
The 3-Part Receipt using letter-size paper prints one standard receipt for your copy, one standard receipt for the customer and one gift receipt for the recipient - all on one sheet (with 2 perforations.)
You are likely to want to un-check the Save These Settings box so that the next receipt you print doesn't default to a gift receipt.
Note that in Preferences, you can type a specific Gift Receipt message to print at the bottom. E.g. you could suggest the recipient come in for a free ring sizing.
