Once the tags and ribbon are in and the lid is closed securely, press AND HOLD the 'Feed' Button.
The green light will flash once and a moment later twice. Let go of the Feed button when you see the double flash.
The printer will feed 3 or 4 tags. To TEST the printer is calibrated, press Feed once.
Only ONE tag should feed for every press!!
Another possibility if you have the correct GK420T printer driver in Windows is via the Advanced options within Properties of the Windows printer driver.
