From the Inventory Reports you can select a date range such as 01-01-2000 to 12-31-2014 to get just the old merchandise.
Note that when you select a date range, the report assumes you want to see all items received in that date range even if they are no longer in stock - i.e. it changes the criteria Zero Qty Inv to ALL
But you want to see just the items that are left (from that time frame) so you set it back to Exclude

You can Sort the report by date, though we're not sure if that's needed since you already would have selected just old items.
