Adjusting the Size and Position of the Picture on Appraisals

============================================================

On the appraisal Format screen there are four numbers you need to enter

to define a box where the appraisal fits. The Top and Bottom of the

                              picture box are measured from the top

+---------------------------+   of the appraisal form. The Left and Right

|   ^             ^         |   of the picture box are measured from the

|   |             |         |   left edge of the appraisal form.

|  6.7"Top       9.0" Bottom|   The maximum size of the example picture

|   |             |         |   box at the left is 2.3" tall and 6.25"

|   v             |         |   wide. The actual picture will not distort

|         +-------+-------+ |   to fit the box, instead it will fit as

|<-1.75"->|Left   v       | |   at the top and left edge of the box

|         +---------------+ |   as much as possible without distortion.

|<-8.00"----------------->  |

|                    Right  |   As an example, if you wanted to move the

+---------------------------+   picture down 1", to the right 2" and

make the maximum picture height 1" you would change the picture

coordinates to :  Top:    7.70"

                Bottom: 8.70"

                Left:   3.75"

                Right:  8.00"
